I am the Managing Director of Hodders Law Limited and Head of the Commercial Department. I have been qualified for 23 years. I am a Director of Hodders Law Limited and Head of the Commercial Department.

I qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and joined Hodders in 2003.

My specialism is in Commercial Law, dealing with businesses and their issues, buying and selling small and medium businesses, advising clients on issues such as shareholder agreements. My team at Harlesden has a particular specialism in acting for house builders and developers.

I am a Director at Hodders Law Limited, trained with the firm and qualified in 1993.

I head the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department at Hodders. We work out of all of our locations and electronically for our clients based out of London.

Our department handles a variety of civil and commercial litigation as well has having a specialism for property and landlord law.

With over 20 years of litigation experience, I have a great deal of experience over a number of different areas of law and can provide practical expertise in litigation and dispute resolution.

I am a Director of Hodders Law Limited having trained with Hodders and then qualifying in 1992. I am also Head of the Conveyancing department at Hodders and in charge of Compliance and Complaints. I am mainly based at our Battersea Office, and play a keen part in the local community. I am a member of the Board of the Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce and play an active role in the Chamber, attending local events and helping local business. I deliver my expertise with a personal touch and I take a keen and practical approach to complex issues.

Simon is a qualified solicitor working in the Litigation and dispute resolution department at Hodders Solicitors.

Simon has over 35 yers of experience in the legal field in the areas of Consumer, Professional Negligence, Company & Commercial, Housing & Property working as a solicitor.

Simon has been a partner in McMillan Williams and qualifies in 1986.

Tony Irving

Tony works in the Litigation department at Hodders Solicitors.

After training with Blaser Mills in Harrow, Tony joined Hancock Quins in Watford where he became a partner. He is well known in the field of employment dispute resolution, having played a key role in the case of Cherry Tree v Fanstone, which is still cited in legal textbooks. He is no stranger to the Court of Appeal, and has handled many cases involving well-known brand names.

Tony is a member of the Solicitors’ Association of Higher Courts Advocates, and can handle cases all the way through an Employment Tribunal without needing to instruct a separate barrister. However, as do all of us at SA Law, Tony favours more cost-effective and conciliatory methods of resolving disputes such as negotiation, mediation and arbitration.

Sharlene Reid

Sharlene is an Associate Solicitor and Head of the Private client department at Hodders joining us in October 2019.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2012 in a South London firm before moving on to a firm in Kent where she was Head of the Private Client team.

She has extensive experience in all private client matters, including but not limited to the drafting of Wills, IHT planning, probate applications, estate administration, Deeds of Variations, LPA’s and Court of Protection matters. Sharlene is known for giving clear and sound practical advice, ensuring that clients are given guidance on even the most complex matters in a way that can be clearly understood.

Sharlene adopts a modern yet sensitive approach to what she does. She has the ability to tailor her approach to each client taking into consideration the clients circumstances and needs whether that be an elderly and/or vulnerable client, HNW individual or a family looking to plan for the future. In her spare time Sharlene enjoys, travel, cooking and is currently learning Arabic.

Roshni Patel joined Hodders Law in November 2019 as a Private Client Solicitor and is based in our Wembley office.

 

Roshni is originally from Wales and qualified as a solicitor in 2017, she has gained a wide range of experience in the Private Client sector and has a vast knowledge in Wills, Probate, Care fees and Court of Protection matters. Roshni assists clients plan for their futures, including preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney, setting up trusts and Deputyships.

Naureen Matlib

Naureen qualified as a solicitor in September 2005 and was made salaried partner at a long-established, London law firm in 2010. Naureen has experience in Property and Private Client work but now specialises in Property work. She joined Hodders Law in October 2021 as a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor and her areas of expertise include:

  • Acting for sellers and for buyers in residential sale and purchase transactions;
  • Acting for buyers of shared ownership properties (including resales);
  • Acting for borrowers and for their lenders on re-mortgages; and
  • Acting for landlords and for tenants in relation to lease extensions, licences and variations.

Acknowledging that lawyers’ terminology – especially in conveyancing matters – can be bewildering, Naureen aims to offer clear and direct advice, and to be readily available to discuss transactions and any issues that may arise

Stephen Rehder is a solicitor specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing.  Formerly a partner at Martin Smith and Co, Stephen joined Hodders Solicitors in April 2021. Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 1974.

Carol Anne Prince Reimann is a qualified solicitor working mainly in the residential conveyancing department at Hodders Solicitors. Carol also has experience in commercial conveyancing, will, probate and landlord and tenant.

Sean Gardiner is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Sean has worked and trained at H0dders since 2016 and has specialised in residential conveyancing.

Michal Hawrot

Michal is a paralegal working in the conveyancing department at Hodders Solicitors. Michal is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

He has over 8 years of experience working in residential and commercial property.

His other experience includes Civil Service and customer service.

During his career he worked with high net worth individuals, foreign clients and commercial clients.
His skills include use of case management systems, working knowledge of Microsoft and Libre office packages, legal research, residential and commercial property and legal drafting.

Michal also holds two Master of Law Degrees from Poland and England, has completed Legal Practice Course and gained Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

I am a senior Family solicitor. I qualified as a solicitor in July 2011 and I am a member of Resolution.
I undertake and specialise in all aspects of Family Law. My experience extends to all private family matters including Divorce and Judicial Separation, Financial matters arising between husband and wives, cohabitees and civil partners, all matters relating to children, Pre and Post Nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and Domestic Violence Injunctions including obtaining Non-Molestation and occupation orders. I act for client’s at all levels from county court to high court.

Outside of work I am involved with doing charity work and I am a Trustee of Laila Salehzehi charitable foundation (LSCF) a registered charity in England and Wales. I organise various fundraising events and raise funds for various charitable causes worldwide.
